Lionel Messi and his young family have purchased a sprawling new $10.75 million estate in Fort Lauderdale with 10 bedrooms, a spa room, two docks and a swimming pool.

The Argentine superstar – who signed a two-and-a-half-year contract worth $50-60 million per season – has been looking to expand his property portfolio since joining Inter Miami this summer.

He already owned a $9 million luxury condo in Miami, but was recently spotted house hunting in the Boca Raton area with his wife Antonela Roccuzzo and their son Thiago.

But Messi has now signed for a new 10,500-square-foot property within the gated community of Bay Colony, one of the floating neighborhoods north of Fort Lauderdale.

The beautiful house is located near the beach, just a 15-minute drive from the DRV PNK Stadium and training base in Miami.

Inside, the home features nine bathrooms, an Italian kitchen, a fitness and spa room, a VIP suite and a balcony that overlooks the Fort Lauderdale skyline.

Messi purchased the property with the help of Team Simpkin, which has helped the MLS club’s players buy properties since its inception in 2018.

According to the Spanish outlet Cadena Ser, the World Cup winner bought an apartment in the Porsche Design Tower in Miami in 2019.

In addition to car lifts, the apartment has its own restaurant and an outdoor lounge with sea views.
