But Australian property investor Adrian Portelli staged an extensive gender reveal ahead of the birth of his first child next year.
The block bidder, known as ‘Mr Lambo’ for his love of flashy cars, and his glamorous girlfriend are expecting a baby boy.
According to the Herald Sunthe couple held the gender reveal in July at his $39 million penthouse in East Melbourne.
Portelli organized three roulettes to fly over the building, with one spraying blue, the other purple and the third leaving a yellow trail behind them.

Daily Mail Australia announced last week that Portelli will welcome his first child with his partner at the end of January.
The 34-year-old confirmed the news but chose to keep his partner’s identity a secret.
Sources close to the tattooed businessman have said he is “extremely excited” about the news and is “looking forward to a new chapter” in his life.
The news comes just weeks after it was revealed that his glamorous ex-partner, brunette Anastasia Iliopoulos, will appear on the upcoming season of The Bachelors.

According to a network spy, 31-year-old Anastasia will be one of Sydney model Ben’s finalists.
The beautiful mother-of-one was in a long-term relationship with Portelli before they went their separate ways in December.
Portelli is a multi-millionaire real estate investor and online promotion guru with an estimated net worth of $350 million.

He opened the bidding at $4.5 million – well above the $4.08 million reserve – and his aggressive style saw eventual buyer Danny Wallis ultimately pay an eye-watering $5,666,666.66 for the Gisborne estate with five bedrooms and 10 acres.
