“I love Elliot,” Lionel said Access after the engagement. ‘I’ve known him since he was 12, what’s that like? So it’s one of those things where I don’t have to go back and look at the child; I know who he is.’
Lionel added, “So they’re so happy, and as a daddy and as a father and because, you know, that’s my little girl, so she’s in good hands.”
He said this when Elliot asked him for permission to propose to Sofia: “He was a nervous wreck, poor guy, I thought he was going to faint, but he survived.”
Lionel said: ‘I wanted to hurt him a little bit, but I didn’t want to play, he would pass out, so it was great. I mean, they are very much in love, so all I can say is that this is what you really want as a father.”
Elliot and Sofia were first linked in early 2021, months after she ended her infamous romance with Kourtney Kardashian’s sizzling ex Scott Disick.
