Logan Paul’s fiancee Nina Agdal sues Dillon Danis and files for a restraining order over his incessant trolling after the MMA fighter shared X-rated video of the Danish model
Nina Agdal, Logan Paul’s fiance, has reportedly sued Dillon Danis and filed for a restraining order following his incessant trolling.
Danis, who faces Paul in the ring on October 14, has continually used the Danish model Agdal as a way to target his opponent.
Danis and Paul have traded bitter blows on social media, but the former took the rivalry to a shocking level last week when he shared an X-rated video of his rival’s fiancé discussing her sexual desires online.
The shocking personal attacks led Agdal to file a lawsuit against Danis on Wednesday, alleging that her fiancé’s opponent had posted “despicable” things about her more than 250 times since the fight was announced, according to TMZ.
She claims in the lawsuit that she suffered humiliation, emotional problems and reputational damage.

Danis shared a shocking video online in which Agdal explicitly spoke about her need for sex
Agdal, a former Victoria’s Secret model, alleged that an Aug. 11 post shared by Danis, in particular, violated federal and state laws.
The post, she claims, contained a sexually explicit image of her during a “romantic encounter” she had with someone more than a decade ago.
“Danis posted the photo — completely uncensored — from his X account (Twitter), without the plaintiff’s permission,” Agdal wrote in the lawsuit via TMZ. “Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photo to maximize views.”
The 31-year-old claimed Danis only agreed to remove the post after organizers of his fight with Paul, Misfits Boxing, threatened to cancel the showdown unless he removed it.
Agdal also said other posts have upset her, including a video of her from more than five years ago, he tweeted Aug. 28, in which she spoke of her “desire for intimacy during a period of celibacy.”
Agdal, who was previously in a one-year relationship with Oscar-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio, says in the now-viral clip, “By the way, I’m really proud of myself because this is the longest time I’ve been without sex since I started.
“Obviously it drives me crazy. I’m having a hard time, I need a penis in me asap.’
She concludes the video by saying, “So if any of you know a good d*** that doesn’t have STDs on it. I’ll take it here.’
The YouTube sensation has been in a relationship with Agdal for over a year and proposed marriage earlier this summer
Agdal previously dated Oscar award-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio for about a year

Agdal claims the video was stored in her Snapchat archive, “suggesting that Danis had hacked into (her) personal account or obtained the private video from someone who had.”
The Dane is seeking unspecified damages, but no less than $150,000 per violation of federal law that prohibits the sharing of intimate images.
Through the restraining order, she asks the judge to ban Danis from sharing any more sexually explicit photos of her in the future.
Danis has repeatedly threatened to share more explicit photos of her that could damage her reputation.
“I just got another absolute nuke from a photo of Nina. This one might be worse than the others, wow this girl is really wild,” he posted last month.
“Logan, on a man’s level, you need to call off this wedding now.”
Danis has not apologized about his trolling, claiming it helps promote the October 14 fight.
He took to social media on Wednesday to comment on the lawsuit, writing, “Nina Adgel has filed a huge lawsuit against me. She’s filed a restraining order against me and is seeking jail time, so the battle is at risk if I’m in jail. This is actually wild, but I won’t quit the system, come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking.”
