Details about the hottest ticket in town for the AFL’s Grand Finals have been revealed, and bettors will have to shell out nearly $6,000 to get their hands on one, with only 30 available.

Widely regarded as one of the most important dates in the Australian sporting calendar, the AFL Grand Final will be played to a packed house at the MCG on Saturday 30 September.

Two from Collingwood, Brisbane, Port Adelaide, Melbourne, Carlton, St Kilda, GWS Giants and Sydney will compete for the 2023 premiership.

And the AFL is apparently able and willing to accommodate those in need of VIP treatment on the big day, detailing the hospitality at the “Inner Sanctum.”

Titled “The Ultimate” and priced at an eye-watering $5,810 per person, the package combines first-class dining with what are described as “exclusive game day experiences.”

Ticket holders will be treated to VIP hospitality before the game featuring the game’s legends past and present.

Despite having to spend nearly $6,000 on the package, guests will be treated to a “money can’t buy experience” at the MCG before watching the grand finale from an exclusive private suite.

Guests will then enjoy post-Grand Finals celebrations at the AFL’s exclusive venue, September Club, which opened in 2005 to provide VIP hospitality services.

Other packages offered range from $325 per person to $3,310 per person.
