Disturbing recordings emerge of William Tyrrell’s foster parents screaming at a sobbing 11-year-old girl: ‘This is going on your bottom’

There has been disturbing courtroom footage of an 11-year-old girl screaming and crying inconsolably as William Tyrrell’s foster parents yell and berate her.

Sydney’s Parramatta local court on Tuesday played 10 recordings in cars and homes in which the foster parents of the missing boy had a heated argument with the schoolgirl whom the foster mother pleaded guilty to assault.

In one audio recording, an apparently enraged foster father yells at the girl in a car as ABC Radio’s morning news plays in the background. It begins, ‘Every damn day!

‘Close the front door. Move, damn move! We are done with this game. I’m over it. Out. It’s fucking ridiculous. I’m fucking over it. It’s bloody stupid.’

As the child’s sobbing continues, the foster father says, “I’m done. You don’t understand, you do this every day. Every day!’

“Don’t lose your dick now,” he says as louder sobs can be heard.

In a recorded conversation with the girl, the foster mother tells her: ‘Look at me. Next time you talk to me, this is about your butt.”

A loud thumping sound is then heard, even though it is not a clap.

William Tyrrell’s foster mother – who cannot be identified for legal reasons – was in court on Tuesday, along with the missing boy’s foster father

In another shot, during an argument over the girl’s clothing, the foster mother yells, “Go on, keep going, I’ll last longer than you, you won’t beat me at this.”

“Look at me, I’m stronger. I will outlive you. Keep going, I’m going higher, I’m going harder. Your choise.’

While a recording played of the girl sobbing and wailing loudly, the foster mother smiled at the foster father in court and then dabbed a rolled handkerchief into the corner of each eye.

The recordings that are being played date from November 2020 and January 2021.

In one of the recordings, the foster mother says to the 11-year-old in a loud and shrill voice, “Listen to me. Do what I say, not what you want. Not your position. My position.

“You’ll do it MY WAY.”

Both foster parents also appear to be taunting or berating the girl for allegedly telling a friend at school what was going on at home.

The foster mom tells the girl that if what she told (her school friend) and that friend “tell her mom, her mom will have to report it… (that) another girl at school has been harassed by her parents, blah blah bla. blah blah 6′.

She says to the girl, “You’ve never been in a position where you couldn’t tell me… you’ve always been able to tell me.”

“You have to keep telling me. And it doesn’t matter if you get in trouble, if somebody gets in trouble, you gotta tell me.

“Did you tell anyone else?”

Agent takes the stand

The footage plays after the officer in charge of the investigation, Detective Senior Agent Sean Ogilvy, takes the stand Monday morning.

Police planned to play recordings of up to four hours of evidence recorded in homes and vehicles related to allegations of assault, stalking and harassment against the missing toddler’s foster parents.

William Tyrrell’s foster mother faces the second day of her trial with the foster father on charges of stalking and assault after pleading guilty to two counts of punching and kicking an 11-year-old girl.

The 58-year-old entered the plea at the start of a five-day court hearing over allegations of violence against the young girl.

The facts are that the foster mother kicked and hit the girl with a wooden spoon during confrontations with the then primary school girl over a mobile phone and after the child told the foster parents, “I hate you.”

After the two guilty verdicts, the foster mother failed in her lawyer’s attempt to keep the five-day trial secret and closed to the public and media.

The foster parents, referred to in court as SD (the foster mother) and JS (the foster father), are charged with multiple assaults against a child and stalking, harassing and causing fear of physical or mental harm to a child between Australia Day. 2021 and August 30, 2021.

The offenses allegedly occurred at two different residences in Sydney’s North Shore.

The foster mother continued to maintain that she was not guilty of two separate charges of stalking and harassing the young girl.

William disappeared in September 2014 aged three in the NSW Mid North Coast town of Kendall and no trace of the toddler has ever been found.

No one has ever been charged with his disappearance.

In late 2021, another search was conducted in bushland within 700 meters of the Kendall home where William was last seen, but no items of significance have been identified.
