Princess Mary’s cousin, Count Nikolai of Denmark, has been inundated with offers to join the November Melbourne Cup action.
According to reports, the 24-year-old, who recently moved to Sydney for studies, has been approached to appear as a VIP guest at the races.
The young prince studies in Australia for six months at university with his glamor girlfriend Benedicht Thoustrup.
The Herald Sun claims ‘feelers have gone out to see if he’s interested in a day of racing’ with the Victoria Racing Club on the hunt, with other brands also circling.
Should he choose to attend, he won’t be the first Danish royal to appear on the track.
