In the disastrous stunt performed by 32-year-old Evgeny Chebotarev, the daredevil miraculously survived certain death when the car failed to make the jump over buildings in the Russian Republic of North Ossetia-Alania.
Chebotarev had lined up his white Lada Niva with the intention of driving up a slope, diving through the air and landing safely on the other side.
But the Russian had made a disastrous miscalculation and failed to accelerate enough on the special ramp to make it across.
The Russian-made car crashed to the ground, first crashing into the wall of the opposite building with full force before falling another fifty feet straight to the ground.

Somehow Chebotarev managed to survive and was lucky not to receive a terrible head injury.
Miraculously, the stuntman was seen moving and then climbing out of the wreckage on his two feet.
An aide shouted to Chebotarev as the hapless Russian escaped the crash, “Are you whole?”
Another replied, “I’m not sure.”
But Chebotarev was soon on his feet, although he was still seriously injured, but not fatally.
He eventually posted on social media, “I almost survived. I am going to the hospital.’
He asked his fans, “You probably buried me, didn’t you?”
But Chebotarev, who cheated death many times with various stunts, told his followers, “You guys knew I wasn’t going to stop.”

“I’m not denying that I can’t walk. I could barely get up,’ said the hapless stuntman.
The stunt took place in the Russian Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, close to the Georgian border.
Two years earlier, Chebotarev broke his spine while flying a car 40 meters above a river.
“Friends always called me a psychopath,” he said. As far as I can remember, I’ve always loved extremes.’
