Another person watching the situation happen yells, “Dude, dude, come on, it’s not worth it.”

Yelling at the three people involved in the altercation, another person says, “Why do you have a gun now, yo.”
The man, holding the gun in his right hand, straightens up and says to the person he’s fighting, “I’m going to bust you all.”
He then gives his opponent an uppercut with his fist, but in the middle he also fires a single shot that shoots into the air.

Immediately, the bystanders watching from the adjoining porch shout “get down” as they duck and hide – not knowing if more gunfire is on the way.

Returning to the scene with the three individuals on the grass, the gunman is seen hovering above the man he was shooting at on the ground and hammers are hitting him.

According to the Morgantown Police Department, authorities responded to the call in the 400 block of Beverly Ave at around 3:40 a.m. on Aug. 27.
Officers spoke to several witnesses who gave a description of the suspect.
According to the police and the footage, one shot was fired. Those involved had previously had a physical altercation.
The suspect fled before police arrived.
More information will be revealed when arrest warrants are issued, police said.
They confirmed that the suspect who shot the bullet has been identified, but his name has not been made public.
