Fitness influencer Sophie Guidolin’s bizarre four-step recipe for baked sweet potatoes has leaked from her $35 online cookbook
She recently raised eyebrows by charging $22,000 for a “coaching and mentorship” program that appeared to be conducted exclusively online.
And fitness influencer Sophie Guidolin, 34, ruffled the feathers again this week after an incredibly simple “recipe” was leaked from her 2017 digital cookbook, 12 Days of Christmas.
The downloadable tome is advertised as a collection of healthy recipes, carefully written by Sophie herself.
But bizarrely, the third page contains a four-step guide to roasting “sweet potato skins” that can hardly be considered a recipe.
The recipe consists of just four basic steps: turn on the oven, line it with parchment paper, put the potatoes in and turn them over.

“I’ve spent years designing a delicious, healthy menu that takes the stress out of planning what to cook for the holidays,” reads a brief description of Sophie’s book.
‘There are traditional, modern, Australian, BBQ, cocktail and picnic dishes for everyone to enjoy! Not just for Christmas, 12 Days of Christmas is also full of great meal ideas for any special occasion!’
12 Days of Christmas can be purchased for a non-refundable price of $34.95 through Sophie’s website.

It comes weeks after Sophie raised her eyebrows over the high cost of her new “coaching and mentoring” program.
Last month, the fitness model issued a call for “empowered women who are ready to make a change and step into their next chapter” to sign up for the program.
The cheapest tier offers three one-on-one sessions with the social media star over one month for $12,000.

For the big spenders, a six-month package is available for an eye-watering $22,000.
Watchdog podcast from influencer Pronounced recently reviewed the program and questioned whether or not the launch was overcharging.
“It looks like she’s doing it via Zoom, so I don’t really know how useful that will be for people,” one of the hosts commented.

The expensive program sparked a fierce debate online, with one fan writing, “I feel most people who can afford this are clearly knowledgeable and successful enough that they probably don’t need her mentorship.”
Another exclaimed, “That’s more than what my postgraduate studies at university cost!”
Despite the skepticism, Sophie promises many benefits from her mentoring program, helping students with everything from weight loss to leadership skills and more.
