The new Netflix series At Home With The Fury’s delves into the daily family life of heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.
It follows Tyson and his wife Paris Fury and their impressive brood of six – soon to be seven – children.
While it delves into Tyson Fury’s family life, his mother, Amber Fury, doesn’t seem to appear on camera at all.
And considering the different members of the family featured on the show, many fans were left disappointed.
So who is Amber Fury and why isn’t she appearing on the new reality show?

Who Is Tyson Fury’s Mother Amber?
Amber Fury is the mother of long-reigning heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, whose father is John Fury.
The two share three children together: Shane Fury, John Fury Jr, and Tyson Fury. Their daughter, Ramona, died tragically after birth, when Tyson was just nine years old.
The couple reportedly went through fourteen pregnancies together, only four of which appear to have made it through to full term.
After the couple split, John married his second wife Chantel in 1989 and the couple had Love Island star and boxing champion Tommy Fury.

Why isn’t Amber Fury in At Home With The Furys?
While it’s not yet confirmed if Amber Fury will appear on the Netflix show, it seems unlikely.
Away from her famous family, she seems to prefer to stay out of the limelight and, according to The Telegraph, has never even been to one of her son’s fights.
In his autobiography, Behind The Mask, Tyson revealed, “I took her shopping once after the Wilder fight and I was stopped all over Manchester for photos and autographs and she couldn’t understand it.
“I had to explain to her that I was the world heavyweight champion and that many people had watched and supported me. That was actually very special.’
It is impressive that she has managed to keep herself out of the public eye for several years now by speaking to the Irish mirror Tyson revealed that his mother has separated herself from the busyness of his life.

He said, “I looked on Google the other day and there isn’t one picture of my mom on the internet. That’s crazy, isn’t it?” She’s never been to any of my boxing fights, amateur or professional, and has never been in the public eye.
“I don’t think it means anything to my mother. She doesn’t care if I’m world champion or not, as long as I’m healthy and happy. That’s the only thing that means anything to her.’
