Pokémon Go Fest 2023: Global Special Research Task guide

As part of Pokémon Go Fest 2023: Global, there’s new special research focusing on Diancie And Mega Rayquaza for players who have purchased the Go Fest 2023 ticket.

On Saturday players could claim Diancie Special Research and on Sunday they could start Mega Rayquaza Special Research. Players who did not purchase the Go Fest ticket will gain access to a shorter Special Research set that will reward a Meteorite, but will not provide as many rewards as the paid research. You must complete the regular ‘Sky High’ research to unlock the paid version. Because these are special research tasks and not timed research, they are permanently available as soon as you unlock them, so you can take your time to complete them.

To do the research below, you’ll need to purchase a Pokémon Go Fest 2023 pass for $14.99. If you haven’t bought it, Diancie will be available to you at a later date, but you’ll have to wait.
