A woman who lost 85 pounds and has successfully maintained it has revealed the meal plan that she claims helped her lose 16 pounds in less than two weeks.
Hettie Jo Hansen, a Zumba instructor from Utah, has over 27,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares her “easy weight loss tips.”
The 35-year-old content creator, who uses the @hettiejo8 handle, went viral after detailing her 14-day eating plan to shed pounds fast.
“I lost 16 pounds in less than two weeks, and I’m going to show you exactly how I did it,” she said at the start of the show. video.

Hansen stressed that the plan is “very sustainable” and perfect for someone whose weight loss has stabilized.
‘I lost more than 35 kilos and I kept that up for more than six years. So it works,” she said.
The fitness instructor explained that you will eat three meals a day for the first week, with a four-hour fast in between.
She recommended having a protein shake for breakfast at 9 a.m., saying to “add foods” by adding peanut butter, spinach, and chia seeds to your smoothie.
Hansen noted that the shake she makes “keeps her full for hours.”
For lunch you have another protein shake and then you fast for another four hours.
She said your 5 p.m. dinner should be a “sensible” meal consisting of veggies, healthy fats, and protein.
Hansen added in the text on the screen that you should eat until you are satisfied.

Hansen said you can also have one “reset” meal, where you can eat whatever you want.
“The reason this eating pattern is sustainable is because you’re not limiting yourself,” she explained, noting that you’re also “cutting out all processed foods.”
Hansen added that there are no foods that are “inherently bad for you,” but there are foods that are “good, better, and the best.”
“When designing your meals, keep the good, better, best in mind,” she concluded.
