Tom Sandoval asks to be BEATEN UP for cheating on Ariana Madix with Raquel Leviss before taking a punch to the face in new Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test trailer
Tom Sandoval got what he asked for in the new Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test trailer.
In the season two teaser, the 40-year-old Vanderpump Rules star said he wanted to be beaten up to atone for cheating on his girlfriend of nine years, Ariana Madix, with co-star Raquel Leviss.
At the beginning of the star-studded and overcrowded trailer, he could be seen being interrogated in a dimly lit room asking, “Why are you here?”
“The whole country is mad at me,” a pitying Sandoval replied in the short clip. “I’ve had an affair and I want to get spanked.”
The next scene showed him boxing with The Bachelor star Nick Viall — who claimed that Sandoval snuck in pictures of his mistress, Rachel Leviss, and showed them to the cast — and then got beaten up.

A short clip was then shown of him looking despondent with marks on his face and blood dripping from his nose.
The trailer also showed an all-star cast including: Dez Bryant, Tyler Cameron, Savannah Chrisley, Blac Chyna, Brian Austin Green, Robert Horry, Erin Jackson, Bode Miller, Jack Osbourne, Tara Reid, Kelly Rizzo, JoJo Siwa and Nick Viall .
According to the FOX series’ official show description, the 14 celebrities “will endure some of the toughest, most grueling challenges on the playbook of the actual Special Forces selection process.”
During the summer, Sandoval and the rest of the cast were confronted with “the harsh realities of winter war training on the mountains of New Zealand, where the terrain and freezing temperatures are brutal and the tasks (feel) like torture.”
He wrapped up the show and returned to Los Angeles to begin filming in July for the upcoming season of Vanderpump Rules.
Earlier this year, his longtime girlfriend, Ariana Madix, immediately ended their relationship after finding out that he had been having an affair with her best friend for seven months.
The discovery sparked a reunion and now, months later, the cameras are reemerging to document the messy aftermath.
While Sandoval returned to film the show, Leviss — who recently unfollowed him on Instagram after accusing Bravo of “rewarding” him for their cheating scandal — didn’t.
