Leicester City are on the hunt for the Ghanaian teenager Abdul Fatawu Issahaku who played for Sporting Lisbon in the Champions League against the Spurs last year.
The 19-year-old winger is not in Sporting’s plans this season with the Foxes, hoping to capitalize on a loan that would include an option to buy.
Issahaku is valued at £12 million by his club.
He arrived in Europe in 2022 after Sporting handed him a five-year contract to fend off Premier League candidates.
But despite making six first-team appearances last season and appearing as a substitute for Ghana at the World Cup, he is allowed to leave.
