Trump’s FIRST indicted co-conspirator surrenders in Georgia jail as ex-president is expected to turn himself in Thursday

  • All nineteen indicted conspirators, including Trump, must surrender by noon on Friday
  • Trump will surrender and be released on bail on Thursday
  • Attorney John Eastman expected to surrender on Wednesday

Scott Hall became the first of 18 co-defendants for former President Donald Trump to turn himself in at the Fulton County Jail on Tuesday.

Hall, who works as a bail bondsman in Atlanta, was charged by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis with crimes related to his alleged involvement in the voting system violation in Coffee County, Georgia.

According to prison records, Hall is currently being held and has an inmate identification number.

Hall signed a bond deal with Willis on Wednesday and should be released after being treated in prison.

All 19 defendants in the case charged last week, including Trump, are expected to turn themselves in this week before the Friday deadline set by Willis.

They are all expected to be arrested at the Fulton County Jail and then released on pre-negotiated bond terms

Trump said he will surrender to the courthouse on Thursday. His bail is set at $200,000. Another condition of his release is that he must not use social media to attack his 18 co-defendants in the case, as well as any witnesses and the 30 unindicted co-conspirators.

Hall was charged with conspiracy to unlawfully access voter data and ballot machines at the Coffee County Elections Office on January 7, 2021. On the day of the breach, he was seen at the office on surveillance video.

The violation is part of the total indictment Willis filed in the case and was made by Trump allies who were convinced there was voter fraud in the state. No evidence of fraud was found and multiple recounts confirmed Biden’s victory.

Meanwhile, attorney John Eastman plans to surrender to Fulton County on Wednesday.

Eastman, another of the 18 co-defendants, reached an agreement with Willis for $100,000 bail.

In the aftermath of the 2020 election, Eastman pushed for a six-step plan for then-Vice President Mike Pence to overturn Joe Biden’s victory while he presided over the Electoral College’s certification on January 6, 2021.

Pence declined to do so, pointing out that the Constitution only gives the Vice President the ceremonial power to oversee election certification.

Eastman also urged Georgia state legislators to nominate fake GOP voters to replace the legitimate list of Democratic voters.
