A content creator has revealed a complex morality test that has sent the internet stumbling – one that involves dealing with feelings of bitter betrayal and heartache as you must overcome the desire for revenge against those closest to you.

Katrina Sirju regularly asks moral questions to her 193,000 followers, the majority of whom do not have a happy ending.

However, the US-based creator’s latest quiz has struck a chord with her fellow TikTok users thanks to the incredibly detailed hypothetical scenario required to complete the quiz.

In a viral video, which has more than 6.8 million views to date, the creator asked if you would save your sibling’s or partner’s life after they both betrayed you.

At the beginning of the viral clip, she said, “You and your partner have been married for seven years. You’re both deeply in love and enjoy doing things together, but you’ve realized over the past week that your partner seemed stressed and distant.”

She explained that your husband put it on his job.

But when you, your sister and your partner went for a walk one day, you discovered the truth.

While hiking, your partner stopped at the edge of a cliff and confessed to having an affair with your sibling.

“You look at your sibling, who sits with her head down, but doesn’t seem upset by the confession,” she said.

Your sibling is not apologizing, but clearly embarrassed. However, your partner apologizes profusely and assures you that this will never happen again.

Your sibling doesn’t apologize, but gets up to walk away, but slips on a small rock and instinctively grabs your partner, causing them both to fall off the cliff.

“The fall was far, but not enough to take their lives immediately, but they are both badly injured and unconscious,” she said.

The two are taken to the emergency room and while you wait for them, the doctor comes to you for a serious talk.

“The doctor tells you that they are both alive, but your sibling needs a blood transfusion and your partner needs a kidney transplant immediately.

“The doctor says they are both in critical condition and if they don’t get what they need soon, they will both die,” she said.

The content creator added, “Do you give your blood to your sibling, making you too weak for the kidney transplant, resulting in the loss of your partner.

“Or give your kidney to your partner, which prevents you from donating your blood to your brother or sister, with the result that they die.”

Viewers were torn by the hypothetical situation, with many of them claiming they wouldn’t donate anything to either loved one.

One person said, “I mean, I called 911, so I think that’s enough.”

Another user commented, “Oh, I can’t give you anything, ask someone else.”

“The fact that I stayed in the hospital is enough,” another wrote.

“Neither,” added another.

“Leave them both,” one person added.

“I think they belong together in heaven,” said another user.

“The hospital can sort it out,” someone said.

Others, however, said they would donate their blood to their sibling.

One person said, “My sister, she was my sibling before he became my husband, but I will never be close to her again.”

Another user commented, “My sister only because my mom would never survive the death of a child, but I better believe she’s dead to me after that.”

“I give my brother or sister the blood. I don’t have a life insurance policy for my sibling,” someone else wrote.

One viewer added, “Give blood to my sibling, I can find another significant other who doesn’t cheat, but I can’t get another sibling.”

While viewers said they would donate their blood to their sibling, no one revealed that they would help their spouse.
