She has revised her lifestyle and is now down to a size eight, but insisted she does not follow a strict diet.

Chantelle announced on Instagram in February that she plans to be her “own Valentine” this year as she focuses on “self-care and self-love.”

She admitted that she is her “own worst enemy” and “hated” herself for years before getting caught up in a lengthy social media post.

Chantelle, who was previously targeted by mean trolls because of her weight, said she’s “finally in a place where I like myself” and has begun to “heal.”

The TV personality showed off her slim figure as she showed off her toned midriff in a mirror selfie wearing black leggings and a blue cropped sports top.

Alongside the post she wrote, “Be your own valentine….self care and self love are so important, I HATE myself for YEARS, I told myself the most horrible things, I was my own worst enemy.

“I’m FINALLY in a place where I like myself, I’m fine, I’m doing great and it’s healing. I’ve been through SO MUCH and the girl I see in the mirror needs my kindness and I grant it to her.

“My healing journey has only just begun and I am so proud of myself for surviving what I went through and I am EXCITED for the future!! I LIVE instead of just SURVIVE!

“Whatever you are going through, take time for yourself, practice self-care, meditate, read books, go for a walk, talk to friends, reach out, you are a SURVIVOR. I am NO longer a victim. I am a SURVIVOR.”

It comes after Chantelle ruled out ever having another cosmetic surgery at the end of last year – despite being tempted after gaining three and a half stone during lockdown.

She last went under the knife in 2016 when her breast implants were removed, saying the original surgery was her “biggest regret.”

Speak against The sun, she said: ‘When I had my breast implants completely removed, I knew this was my very last cosmetic surgery. I promised myself that I would only go under the knife again for medical reasons.’
