The Voice judges have split into rival camps as competition heats up on the Channel Seven singing show.
In the final episode, Australian judges Guy Sebastian and Jess Mauboy took aim at international judges Jason Derulo and Rita Ora.
Guy says he wants an Australian judge to win The Voice, stating that he and Jess can’t let Jason or Rita win.
“The internationals have come in and they’re like, ‘Oh, we’re from somewhere else, we’re so good, we’re going to win,'” he said.
“We can’t have another year where an international wins. Rita won last year,’ Guy continued.

Rita didn’t take the sled lying down and fired back about how Guy and Jess actually have the advantage.
“No offense intended, but you know half the Aussies — you’re like, ‘Hey, John! Hey, Tom! Hey, Susan!'” the British singer said.
Jess answered back that ‘Aussies are like that, we have a connection, we have a good vibe. You know, we just like that, we just chill.’

Jess’ words were met with loud applause from the audience, clearly approving her message.
Appalled by the public’s use, Jason and Rita accused the Aussie coaches of grandiosity.
“Did she just get the audience involved? That was low,” Jason said, shaking his head.
“That’s a mess,” Rita agreed.
It’s because Guy is reportedly jealous of his new American superstar, co-host Jason.

A production source told Woman’s Day while the viewers and contestants love the new judge, Guy is not a fan.
“Guy felt more comfortable with Keith (Urban),” the source told the publication.
Viewers were shocked recently when Sebastian superfan Caitlyn Bamber chose Derulo as her mentor on the show during the audition rounds.
This is despite the musician performing Sebastian’s hit song Before I Go for her audition.
It was recently reported that Guy is jealous of his new American superstar co-host Jason Derulo
The disapproval led some viewers to realize that Sebastian could be jealous of new judge Derulo, who has a whopping 58 million followers on TikTok and brilliant connections in the industry.
Appearing on Channel Seven’s Sunrise a few weeks ago, Derulo admitted to a bit of “headbutting” between the judges.
“It’s incredible because I thought the format was made for a lot of headbutts and headbutts are there of course, but it’s coming from a loving place,” he said.
“They are all great people and really care about their artists. They are really great people.’
