Stacey Solomon took to her Instagram on Sunday to share a photo with her rarely seen sister Samantha Stone.
The former X Factor star, 33, posed alongside her sibling, with their arms around each other in their workout clothes.
While Stacey’s sister Jemma appears regularly on the presenter’s social media channels and even has her own book, Samantha prefers a life away from the spotlight.
But Stacey recently turned to Samantha, a personal trainer, for help with her new workout regimen.
She captioned the snap: “Happy Sunday everyone. Nearly three months ago I decided to dust off the cobwebs from Joe’s gym gear in the shed and give it a try and I’m so proud I haven’t given up.

“Grateful for my sister who still has to drag me out of bed @samantha.stone1 at 6am on a Sunday.”
She added, “I love you as much as I hate you right now Sam,” followed by laughing emojis.
Samantha is married to Aaron Stone, a TV producer for Gogglebox, and the couple are parents to daughter Poppy and son Axel.
Last month, Stacey shared a video of her Samantha with her followers, explaining that her sister doesn’t like being in front of the camera.
She said, “I promised I would introduce my other sister to you and Samantha Stone didn’t like this!
“She’s the funniest and craziest of all of us. But is the most camera-shy person I know.’
Stacey previously spoke about her family dynamic when she talked about Samantha.
She said, “Many of you said, ‘I didn’t know you had another sister, where have you hidden her?’

“She’s actually my stepsister, but I would never call her that because we grew up together, so she’s my sister.”
Stacey went on to explain the dynamics of her huge family, saying, “All together there are seven of us.
“We were a really big mixed family. So I have a stepsister, two stepbrothers, my brother and sister and then my father and stepmother had another baby, so I have another halfbrother.
“I call them all my brothers and sisters. I would never call them ‘steps’ just because it feels weird because we grew up as siblings.”
