The Real Housewives Of Orange County star, whose partner was recently ordered to pay out $2.6 million to his former neighbors, was also seen wearing a single ring on her left hand while spending time with the developer.
Hadid opted for a black V-neck T-shirt paired with a matching pair of shoes as he stepped out with his girlfriend.
The real estate mogul also wore a crisp white button-up shirt and slim-fitting trousers that contrasted perfectly with the dark tones of his shoes and top.
