I am 53-years-old and feel great in my bikini – everyone should feel confident and beach body ready
A self-proclaimed ‘cougar’ has taken to social media to remind everyone to confidently put on their beachwear this summer.
US-based TikTok creator Elle Anthony, who uses the @elleanthony52 handle on the platform, shared a positive video.
The 53-year-old told viewers she wanted to spread a message as the warmer months approach.
But while most, in Elle’s words, “always talk about getting a summer beach body ready,” she wanted to offer a different perspective.
According to the content creator, who reportedly calls herself a “cougar,” her video reminds people to “love (them) as (they) are,” rather than feel they have to change.

In the clip, Elle looks stylish in a black two-piece bikini, looking confidently into the camera lens.
She looks fresh and her extremely chic gray locks are pulled back, showing off her sun-kissed and clear complexion.
In the video, Elle says, “Hello my loves, I have a message for everyone.
‘Summer is just around the corner and everyone is always talking about getting Summer Beach Body ready.’
Elle continues, “Honey, if you’re ready to hit the beach and you’re not ashamed of how your body looks in a bathing suit, surf shorts, or swim shorts, then you’re ready for the summer beach body.” ‘
Elle moved on to her next point, discussing the importance of loving yourself as you are, without feeling the need to transform your physique.
In the video, she explains, “This is your permission, your pass, to love yourself as you are, to enjoy your summer and show how you want to appear.”
Elle brings up another point and spreads a powerful message.
The self-proclaimed cougar says people should feel happy and free in whatever they choose to wear — whether it’s a bikini, a g-string or something else
Looking into the camera lens, she continues.
“Wear that bikini,” she says. “Wear that thong. Wear those shorts.
“Whatever you love, this is your summer,” she says.
Elle then concludes, “And remember, it’s only society that imposes criticisms and labels and standards on us that we didn’t even ask for.
“Love you, do you, be yourself, be happy, be free.”
