The singer, 53, posted a video showing off her youthful complexion while in a recording studio.

The Grammy winner tagged everyone involved in the recording in her post.

In the video, Stefani flaunts her age-defying looks in a white tank top, green cargo-patterned pants, a light green bomber jacket, and a knitted black outer cardigan.

Stefani’s Instagram video post showed her entering Henson Recording Studios in Los Angeles, California, where the recording of her and Shelton’s cover was being performed.

The video then cuts to an editing feature that allowed four different short clips to be displayed at once, where Stefani showed her fans what the inside of Henson Recording Studios looked like. The clips showed various recording devices, a lounge area and the recording booth.

After this, the video shows Stefani in the recording booth wearing large black headphones and in front of a black music stand with a sheet of lyrics on it.

The 53-year-old then explained to her nearly 17 million Instagram followers what music she was working on and expressed her excitement about collaborating with Hendricks, whom she called a “legend.”

She also shared her happiness to be working with her husband again and revealed what makes this collaboration different from their previous ones.

“This is the first time Blake is ever going to sing the harmony I’m doing. It was just more than a dream come true to do it,” Stefani explained.

The Sweet Escape singer also shared how “honoured” she was to do a cover version of The Judds’ single.

Whenever you do a cover, you always feel like there’s no way to compete with the original (version). There is absolutely no question,” said the 53-year-old.

This is the fifth duet Stefani and Shelton recorded together. The musical power couple’s cover of “Love is Alive” will be part of “A Tribute to The Judds,” an upcoming album celebrating The Judds, the iconic mother-daughter country duo.

Stefani and Shelton honor the original song from The Judds’ 1984 hit album on their version of the song while also giving it a pop-country twist.

‘A Tribute to The Judds’ is scheduled for release on October 27 in celebration of Naomi and Wynonna Judd’s 40th anniversary as a musical duo.

The Judds are considered one of the most successful acts in country music history, winning five Grammy Awards and nine Country Music Association Awards. The musical duo was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame on May 1, 2022.

Sadly, Naomi never lived to see the induction as on April 30, 2022, the day before the ceremony, she committed suicide after a long battle with her mental health. She was 76 years old.

Naomi’s suicide shocked the world and despite Country Music Hall of Fame’s offer to postpone the medallion ceremony, Wynonna and Ashley requested that the event go ahead as planned. Ashley joined her older half-sister on stage as The Judds were formally inducted into The Country Music Hall of Fame.
