Taryn Manning was seen for the first time on Wednesday since posting a disturbing video detailing explicit sexual acts she allegedly performed with a married man.

The Orange Is The New Black star, 44, who played Tiffany Doggett on the Netflix show, looked glum as she stepped into Palm Springs – after apologizing for the bizarre video.

Manning kept a low profile in a black baseball cap, paired with a denim jacket, red T-shirt and black shorts.

She kept her head down as she walked down the street before chatting with a friend.

The outing came two days after Manning posted a statement apologizing for the particular video she posted detailing explicit sexual acts she allegedly performed with a married man.

On Monday, the star shared a simple text post on her Instagram account saying she was dealing with “a lot of guilt” from sharing the original video, in which she claimed the wife of the man she was allegedly having an affair with , was trying to get a restraining order against her.

The clip, which was quickly removed from TikTok, particularly worried many of her fans as she filmed it in her car and clearly double-tongued her words as she recorded it.

She added explicit descriptions of alleged sexual acts with the man, including “being l*****g b******e because he liked it,” and she described buying him a boat because she so in love with him.

“I’ve had some time over the past few days to think about the situation I’m dealing with,” she began her statement. “I was deeply hurt and dealt with things on a public platform when I should have just handled them quietly with the support of my close friends and family.”

Manning went on to claim she was “deeply hurt” and admitted she “should have just handled the matter calmly” with the support of my close friends and family, rather than posting on a “public platform.”

She even claimed that she considered simply lying about the incident before allegedly coming clean.

“I felt very guilty after exposing everything and thought maybe the best solution to the situation would be to say I lied about it, but that’s not the truth,” she continued.

She went on to say she started an affair with “someone who was married and told me he was going to leave his wife,” she continued, adding, “I eventually found out that wasn’t possible.”

Manning said she considered herself an “ethical and kind person” and said she knew “what I did was wrong.”

However, she said “the heart makes you do crazy things sometimes.”

“I’m sorry to expose my situation; I don’t regret how I love,” she said, noting that she hoped to find “someone who cherishes me as I adore them.”

She said she was looking for “a healthy kind of love” and “a love that isn’t so blind as to force me to be someone I’m not.”

“Now that all this has been said, I ask everyone to give me my privacy so that I can heal and restore my heart. Thank you,’ she concluded.

Manning previously sparked concern after the lanky star posted a three-minute video detailing explicit sexual acts she performed on an unnamed married lover.

In the now-deleted clip, she described how she performed alleged sexual acts on the man, wanted to buy him a boat and claimed his wife threatened her with a restraining order.

She said, “Every night, well, about three nights in a row… I was ***ing his b******e because he liked it, and I didn’t mind to do it! Is that weird? That’s what demons do.’

She claimed the pair “drove all the way to Newport Beach so she could buy him a boat because she was so in love with him.”

“I brought Crash to make a deposit. Like I really loved him.’

Manning said she “can’t stand” the man’s wife, who she claimed labeled her crazy and told her, “You get out of my life or I get an RO (restraining order) for you.”

Manning claims she replied, “No, I’m putting you in jail.” Anyway so I was lying with your husband’s b******e for weeks because he really likes it and I do it to him and he comes to me and it happens .

“So you don’t accuse me of being crazy, but I’ll tell you one thing, lady, will you put me in jail? I’ll put you in jail so fast it’ll make your head spin.”

Manning said the affair started after the man “came to me” when she was “very single.”

She added that she told the woman, “Don’t ever threaten me. I’ll show you how I do it. Never threaten me if your husband came to me to get his b******el****d.

“I’m not going to lie about it anymore” and declared, “I’m not afraid of you.” You should be afraid of me.’

In a second shocking video, the star claimed the married man performed a sexual act on her on the drive to Newport Beach.

Manning was previously engaged to Anne Cline, but the couple ended their engagement in 2021.

Taryn and Anne had tried to reconcile their differences, but eventually came to the conclusion that they weren’t right for each other.

The two had only been together for about three months when they got engaged, as they were first linked in March 2021.
