The Genie In A Bottle singer publicly expressed how grateful she was to have Summer in her life.

“Every day I thank the universe for giving me the privilege of being your mother, a role that stands as my ultimate achievement. To witness the remarkable young woman you evolve into fills me with immense pride,” she wrote.

The artist shares Summer with her fiancé of nearly ten years, Matthew Rutler, who also took the photos of the mother-daughter duo.

The hitmaker was previously married to Jordan Bratman from 2005 to 2011, and they welcomed a son named Max, 15, in 2008.

Aguilera eventually moved on with Rutler and they got engaged in February 2014.

The Grammy Award-winning singer then gave birth to Summer in August of that year.

“I’m not a hairdresser, let me tell you, but God bless you as a mother, and we will do everything we can to make our children feel good,” the singer noted.

The hitmaker went on to talk about raising children in the age of heavy social media use.

“There’s a lot of things we worry about, especially as moms with social media, but I think one of the positives is that we can really support each other, share information and get a lot of insight out of it,” she said .
