And the 57-year-old has revealed the simple secrets behind her youthful looks.
In the morning I wash my face and then apply an SPF serum for sun protection, so I keep it pretty simple in the morning,” she shared 7Life on Tuesday.
However, at night I do the full cleanse with something gentle, followed by a serum with hyaluronic acid and I finish with a sleep mask or night cream to really replenish at night,β Sonia added.
The Dancing With The Stars host added that she uses Carmex lip balm and wears it every day.

“I feel like every woman has lip balm in their purse,” she said.
Sonia further explained that she removes her makeup with micellar cleansing water and rubs Bio-Oil dry skin gel all over her body after showering.
She also tans with Three Warriors self-tanning mousse and a gradual tan product to plump up her shine.
In a recent conversation with Daily Mail Australia, Sonia emphasized the importance of a good night’s sleep.
βI try to make sure I get a lot of sleep leading up. I avoid alcohol and try to make sure I drink enough water,” she said.

“You tend to feel like you want to be your healthiest and fittest, so I tend to exercise a little more as well.”
Sonia recommends staying hydrated, recommends setting a phone alarm to remind ourselves to drink water regularly.
“A minimum of eight glasses a day,” she prescribes.
Sonia attributes her ageless look to a balanced diet full of superfoods and a commitment to staying away from refined and highly processed foods.
She also maintains an 80-20 rule – 80% discipline and 20% indulgence.
Even with her full schedule, she makes time for her home workout program, Strictly You, which she finds super helpful.
βIt’s one of those things that can really make you sick. And it doesn’t matter, no one will laugh at you while you dance around your living room,’ Sonia said.
