Tyson Fury lies on the beach beside giant sand art that reads ‘Welcome to Morecambe, you dossers’ for launch of Netflix’s At Home With The Furys

Tyson Fury launched his new Netflix show At Home With The Furys on Monday in a very unique style.

The British professional boxer, 35, reclined on the beach in Morecambe, Lancashire – where he lives in a £1.7million house – next to a giant sand art that read ‘Welcome to Morecambe, you dossers’.

At Home With The Furys will be released on August 16 and will follow the world heavyweight champion as he leaves the ring and tries to embrace retirement with his extraordinary family.

As he left the beach, he poked fun at other reality shows, such as TOWIE and Made In Chelsea, saying, “This is a message from the trash-talking champ of the world.

“It’s a message for Chelsea bums. The skinny leg plums from Essex. The clowns of Sunset Boulevard. Oh, and the housewives from wherever you come from.’

Netflix reportedly renewed Tyson’s documentary series before the first season even aired.

The sun reports that Netflix already believes in the success of the show and has pre-commissioned a second series.

A TV insider told the publication, “They are so confident it will be a hit with audiences that they want more and shooting will begin this fall.

This will be great news for Tyson fans, as well as those who will be experiencing the boxer’s career and family life for the first time.

“Netflix is sure everyone will be hooked on the show and was quick to get hold of the lead actor before his schedule got too busy.”

They add that the second series is expected to revolve around Tyson’s upcoming high-profile fight with Francis Ngannou in October.

The trailer for the series was released last month and gives an insight into Tyson’s ‘crazy’ family life on their £1.7million Lancashire estate, as he juggles as a father of six with his mental health issues and the urge to get his boxing gloves back to do on.
