Lottie Moss reveals her best friend’s devastating plea that FINALLY pushed her into rehab… after battling ‘really bad’ cocaine addiction

Lottie Moss has revealed her best friend’s heartbreaking words that drove her to rehab amid her battle with substance abuse.

The OnlyFans star, 25, has spoken candidly about her battle with vices in the past, admitting to having a ‘very bad’ cocaine ad and using alcohol to mask her depression, and she has now revealed what drove her to sobriety.

Speaking to The Sun’s Fabulous magazine, she said: ‘I look back at that person and feel so sorry for her. It got to the point where my best friend said, “This is breaking my heart. You need help.” I went to rehab and that’s what I needed.”

Lottie checked into an Arizona treatment center in February last year, and after leaving the center, she admitted that her rehab was the “best thing ever” for her mental health in the wake of her devastating battle.

Speaking of her cocaine addiction, she poignantly confessed to surrounding herself with people who “only wanted her because she was drinking and having fun.”

The stunner, who is Kate Moss’ half-sister, also explained how she hid her battle with depression for months before her mother Inger and best friend encouraged her to seek professional help at the center as well.

Lottie acknowledged her troubles in 2020 with an Instagram post, describing her years of struggle with “anxiety and other things.”

She wrote, “This is the first time I’ve put myself first and really worked on myself to make sure I’m getting the best out of my life and really feel like the best and truest version of myself!” And I love her!’

She told Jamie Laing last year: ‘I didn’t realize I had been depressed for a long time. I just thought everyone felt that way… and I thought you just got through it…

“I couldn’t get out of bed in the morning. I quit modeling; I did some OnlyFans, but not really. I didn’t recognize myself…

“I always wanted to be the fun one, and then I got to the point where my mom and best friend came up to me and said, ‘You need to kick the habit because you’re so depressed.’

“I had never talked about my true feelings about things. You need to tell people how you feel, whether it’s your therapist, your parents, or your friends.

“Talking about things you’ve been through is so important because if you don’t, you can’t heal from it, you’ll never get over it, it just rots in your brain. And then you start blaming yourself for things. It’s a poison.’

Elsewhere in her interview with The Sun, Lottie laughed at claims she slept with married former Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews at Jamie’s wedding.

She admitted that she had “partied” with Spencer, 35, but has denied contacting him after videos claiming it had been viewed more than 111 million times on the social media platform TikTok.

Lottie, 25, hit back at claims of being a ‘homewrecker’, saying that while Spencer is a ‘great guy’, they just partied with each other: ‘There was nothing left to do’.

There were also rumors on WhatsApp in May that Lottie and Spencer had been having an affair behind the back of his wife, model Vogue Williams, 37.

It was spread that they met at Jamie’s wedding to Sophie Habboo in Marbella, Spain, where Spencer was performing duties as master of ceremonies.

Spencer has previously said he gave up drinking to save his marriage – and he attended his friend’s wedding alone as his significant other had work planned in Dublin.

Lottie refuted the rumours, telling Fabulous that ‘it’s not true’ and ‘it didn’t happen’, adding that anyone who attended Jamie’s wedding knows they didn’t make an appointment.

Lottie said she hung out with Made In Chelsea star Liv Bentley the night in question and said there were even rumors that she slept with Spencer.
