Meghan Markle is spotted wearing a $4 ANTI-STRESS patch that “gives resonance and frequencies for calmness” on her wrist as she dons a wool coat and scarf despite the warm California weather

Meghan Markle has been photographed wearing a $4 anti-stress patch and a $1,625 heavy wool coat, despite California’s balmy weather.

The Duchess of Sussex, 42, was without her husband Prince Harry, who is currently in South East Asia, when she attended an appointment in her hometown of Montecito on Thursday with a bodyguard at her side.

She donned a $1,650 Max Mara wool coat for the outing, even though it was warm in Montecito that day. Temperatures rose to 73F (22.7C) and did not dip below 65F (18C).

Also notable was the NuCalm stress patch on her left wrist. The patches, which cost $80 for a pack of 20, are said to provide “resonance and frequencies,” as well as a sense of calm.

Users of the product are instructed to place one disc three fingers from the edge of their left wrist and are cautioned not to place it on their right side.

Each can only be used once and can be left on for the rest of the day and night.

Some people feel a little warmth, tingling, or see redness while the drive is on.

It’s unclear what prompted Meghan to wear the patch, though she’s faced a lot of professional strife and criticism in recent months.

Earlier this week, her husband, Prince Harry, was effectively “downgraded” by the royal family, who removed his “His Royal Highness” title from the family’s website page.

She was dropped by podcasting giant after only producing one season of her panned show Archetypes, in which the Duchess interviewed famous stars including Mariah Carey and Serena Williams about stereotypes.

The deal was reportedly worth $20 million, with Spotify’s head of podcast innovation and monetization, Bill Simmons, branding Meghan and Harry “grifters” following the cancellation of their partnership with the Swedish company.

Meghan and Harry said of Spotify’s cancellation: “Spotify and Archewell Audio have mutually agreed to part ways and are proud of the series we have created together.”

Meghan and Harry’s Netflix deal – reportedly worth $110 million – was also plagued with setbacks, with Meghan’s pet project Pearl – an inspirational cartoon – being halted during pre-production.

And the pair have famously endured a rocky relationship with Harry’s royal in-laws after deciding to leave royal life behind in early 2020.

But Meghan didn’t let life’s trials cloud her fashion sense.

She was photographed wearing immaculate white Capri pants held up by a $450 Givenchy belt, a $1,225 Hermes Rayures D’Ete scarf, and a $1,380 Chanel slingbacks with goatskin hat. She was carrying a white Goyard bag worth $1,650.

The mom-of-two’s outing in Montecito comes after she was spotted attending a Taylor Swift performance in Los Angeles on Tuesday night.

She would have jumped out of her chair to sing along with the hit You Belong with Me, but remarkably did not take a picture with the singer.

The former Suits actress was partnered with her British friend Lucy Fraser, who featured prominently in the Sussexes’ tell-all Netflix series.

While it’s not known exactly where Meghan was allegedly in the stadium, she didn’t appear to be in the VIP tent – where Charlize Theron was happily filmed dancing along to some of the songs.

She enjoyed girls night out while Prince Harry, 38, spent time in Asia.

He enjoyed a two-day trip in Japan before flying to Singapore to play a polo match on Saturday to benefit Sentebale, his charity set up to help children and young people in southern Africa’s Lesotho.

It comes after the prince’s title, ‘His Royal Highness’, was recently quietly scrapped from the royal family’s website by Buckingham Palace.

Under the terms of the 2020 Megxit deal, the Palace said Harry and Meghan Markle could keep their HRH titles but would not be allowed to use them after stepping down as senior royals.
