Strictly’s Orla Jordan flaunts her toned midriff in a red bikini with shirtless husband James after breathtaking joint weight loss journey
Orla Jordan showed off her toned midriff on Friday as she relaxed poolside in a throwback photo from her recent family vacation to Turkey.
The former Strictly Come Dancing professional, 40, looked amazing in a red bikini after a joint weight-loss journey with her husband James, 45.
Orla, who lost a whopping 3.5th, certainly seemed proud of her hard work as she showed off her figure in the skimpy two-piece.
She shared the photo on Instagram and wrote, “Body made by Dance Shred. I mis the sun!!!’
Meanwhile, James also took the opportunity to show off his transformation when he shared a shirtless photo on his page.

‘Body made by Dance Shred! (Orla’s picture worked, how’s mine?!),’ he joked in the caption.
Recently, Orla admitted that she still feels “self-conscious” in a bikini, despite dropping from a size 44 to a size 8 in just four months.
The professional dancer told MailOnline that she has accepted that her body will ‘never be the same as it was on Strictly’ after her breasts and stomach changed following the birth of her three-year-old daughter Ella.
Ola and husband James lost a combined 6.5 pounds last year after confessing to putting on weight during the pandemic and struggling with motivation to dance.
With the help of their fitness website Dance Shred, they overhauled their lives, and Ola said she felt like she “lost a whole person” after losing weight.
But the former Strictly professional, who starred on the show from 2006 to 2015, admits that even though the bikinis she wears are smaller, she still suffers from her body confidence.
She said, “Even though I’ve lost all my weight, I still feel self-conscious in a bikini.
‘Even though it’s a smaller bikini size and I feel good, I’m not bursting with confidence. I’m not generally a self-confident person, so I’m still aware of it.’

She continued, “My body will never be the same as it is now. Strictly speaking because my stomach looks different, my breasts want different, things change.
‘It’s not about looking perfect, it’s about feeling healthier and fitter. I’m still a size 8, I’m here… but I find summer hard because of BBQ’s and Pimm’s, Prosecco, I find it harder than Christmas, let’s say, but when I’m home I do cook healthier.’
The mother-of-one, who poses next to James in a floral bikini on the beach, says the temptation to show off her slim figure often leads her to socialize, which can be counterproductive to her diet.
She said, “Now that I see my new body, I want to go out and dress more, but that means eating at restaurants and enjoying alcohol here and there.”
‘But I want to enjoy an ice cream with my daughter, for example. I don’t want to be the mummy who doesn’t have ice cream, I want it with her.
“I want to show her that I’m still eating and enjoying myself. It’s about finding the right balance.’
Ola isn’t alone in her insecurities, and husband James admits he has problems too.

The former Dancing On Ice champion says he is aware of losing his hair, but is not convinced a transplant is the solution.
He said, “As if for me it’s my hair, I’m very aware of the fact that I’m losing my hair.
“Everyone has something that bothers them and that is part of life. Getting older is something else.
“I’ve been offered hair transplants from so many different people, but I’m a bit of a scared cat.”
