Below Deck Down Under: See the shocking moment naked crew member Luke gets into bed with drunk and ‘unconscious’ flight attendant Margot – before he is fired for sexual misconduct
In the final season of Bravo’s Below Deck Down Under, a sexual misconduct scandal has erupted, leading to the firing of two crew members from the series.
In the show’s final episode, boatswain Luke Jones was fired after climbing into the bed of Margot Sisson, who was sleeping naked, “without permission.”
Second Stew Laura Bileskalne’s response to the incident also led to her being let go by Captain Jason Chambers after insisting that Luke was not to blame.
She was eventually fired for showing “little respect and empathy” towards Margot.
Luke’s inappropriate behavior came after the crew went out in Cairns, Australia.

Producers were forced to intervene after catching Luke in bed with Margot, who passed out after a night of heavy drinking
During the dinner, Margot stated she was “really drunk” and stew chef Aesha Scott even told deckhand Culver Bradbury to watch her.
“I just want to guide her a little bit,” Aesha explained.
Despite Margot’s intoxicated state, Luke repeatedly tried to flirt with her, asking her to “cuddle” him while they were in the back of a car together.
“No, let’s go,” she replied, before making it clear that she just wanted to “go to bed.”
When Aesha brought her back to her cabin, she assured Margot that she would not allow herself to be “used” by “any drunkenness.”
“I’d like to see you get into bed safely. I’ll get you some water,’ she told Margot.
Luke, who was lying naked under a towel, hurried to Margot’s bunk
Producers stormed into the cabin as soon as Luke crawled into Margot’s bunk, where she slept

Later, Luke entered Margot’s room in only his boxers as he asked her to join him in the hot tub.
“I just saw the way Luke looked at you, and I feel very protective,” Aesha told Margot.
Margot replied, “I’m glad you’re here. I don’t want to go in the jacuzzi, I want to go to bed. All I want is water and bed, not Luke.’
As soon as the producers turned on the lights, an enraged Luke, who was completely naked, yelled at the producers to ‘f**k off’
Then he slammed the door, leaving him and Margot alone in the cabin
A producer immediately demanded that Luke open the door, shouting ‘Open up! Open it!’
When Luke came back from the Jacuzzi, he headed for Margot’s cabin, where she was sleeping alone.
After he got into her bed, producers stepped in and told Luke to leave her alone.
“Can you fuck off?” he told the cameramen.
“We can’t do that, she said no, she said no,” the producers told him.
Once Aesha has returned to the cabin, she tells her friend that Luke had been in her cabin and ran out ‘naked’.
‘Oh my God. Uh, was he naked?’ Margot replied, to which Aesha asked, “Have you agreed to have him here?”
“No, I was asleep,” Margot said. “I didn’t invite that one at all.”
Chief Stewardess Aesha Scott rushed to the scene when a naked Luke left the room
Aesha checked on Margot, who was shocked to discover that Luke had been naked in her bed
Luke later locked himself in his own cabin, insisting he had done nothing wrong
Aesha then informed Captain Jason, who wanted to know if Sisson was ‘safe’.
So she’s safe? She’s safe, yes?’ said Captain Jason. “She’s safe,” Aesha said.
Aesha tearfully claimed that Luke had tried to “take advantage of Margot’s drunkenness” while she was “completely unconscious” in bed.
Captain Jason then entered Luke’s room and ordered him to stay overnight in a hotel.
The next morning, Jason gathered the rest of the crew and told them that Luke was being fired.
An emotional Aesha informed Captain Jason of the incident, claiming that Luke had tried to ‘take advantage of Margot’s drunkenness’
Captain Jason fired Luke the next day. On his way out, Luke told Jason he was “so sorry” and “so disappointed” in himself for the way he had behaved.
He also lectured the crew on the importance of consent and boundaries and emphasized the rules they had to follow while on board.
Jason then fired Luke, who simply replied, “I’ll accept that.”
On his way out, he told Captain Jason that he was “so sorry” and “so disappointed” in himself for the way he had behaved.
Second Stew Laura Bileskalne’s reaction to the incident also led to her being let go by Captain Jason after insisting to Margot that Luke was not to blame
Flight attendant Laura spent the rest of the day sympathizing with Luke, saying he should have just been given a ‘warning’ and not fired.
She even told Margot that the shooting “wasn’t fair” and that he was just “joking” and “drunk,” before suggesting that Margot may have been guilty of the incident.
As a result, Captain Jason eventually fired Laura as well, berating her for not respecting boundaries.
