Jason Kelce’s wife Kylie has hit back at patriarchs who suggested the Eagles center was “playing fetch” with two of his daughters in a heartwarming clip shared on social media.

Kylie took to Instagram on Thursday to call out those trying to paint her husband in a bad light after the NFL Network initially shared an adorable video of the 35-year-old playing with his girls, Wyatt, 3, and Elliotte, 2. at Eagles training camp two days earlier.

The mother-of-three, who welcomed the couple’s third daughter, Bennet Llewellyn, in February, reposted the footage, writing: “People in these comments are saying, ‘He’s playing fetch with his kids like they’re dogs!

“Tell them you don’t have toddlers. If you listen closely, you can hear him count. So technically they are racing.’

Kylie also shared a GIF of a “crazy goose.”

Some users accused Kelce of letting his daughters chase and retrieve a soccer ball that he would throw far away

Kelce has a habit of staying late after practice to spend some quality time with his two oldest daughters, according to the caption of the video shared by the NFL Network.

The words ‘Dear. Dad. Ever,” were also shown in the clip, which featured the 2018 Super Bowl champion lying on the field as he threw a soccer ball for his daughters to chase.

Kelce, who considered retiring in the offseason after losing to his brother and Chiefs tight end, Travis, in Super Bowl LVI, was honored last Tuesday by his wife, Kylie, when the veteran vowed to keep playing. The six-time Prow Bowl selectee will enter his 13th NFL season with the Eagles in September.

“This off-season proved once again how remarkable your drive and work ethic are,” Kylie captioned a family photo on a beach shared on Instagram. We can’t wait to see the results of that this season.

“As always, your ladies will be cheering you on every step of the way!”

Kelce shared his decision to extend his playing days for another year in March in an announcement on Instagram following speculation that he was considering quitting.

“I have thought for a long time whether it makes sense to play another season,” he wrote on Twitter. ‘After consulting with my wife and many other friends and family, I have decided to return for another year.

“Thanks to all my supporters and detractors for feeding me, I’m not done yet!”

Kelce has spent his entire career in Philadelphia after being drafted by the Eagles in 2011, earning five first-team All-Pro nominations. He and his wife have been married since April 2018.
