Grace Warrior Irwin could be well on her way to becoming Australia Zoo’s next CEO.
The two-year-old attended her first staff meeting on Friday morning.
Her mother Bindi couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as she held her only child in front of zoo staff to congratulate them on a job well done.
In a sweet video shared to the 24-year-old wildlife warrior’s Instagram page, Grace was seen sweetly asking her mom, “Can we have a staff meeting?”
Bindi happily agreed before carrying her toddler, who she shares with husband Chandler Powell, to the Crocoseum for an early morning staff meeting.

“We are very excited because Grace has asked to come to our staff meeting today. So she joins us at the Crocoseum to say a few words,” Bindi said in the video.
She then joked, “Honestly, it’s Grace who runs the zoo and makes all the big decisions.”
As Bindi stood in the stands in front of her team, all dressed in the iconic khaki uniforms, Grace shyly greeted them all with a microphone held by her mother.
“Would you like to say, ‘Thanks for your hard work?'” Bindi added.

“Thanks for your hard work,” Grace echoed as the staff members exclaimed in worship.
Bindi continued, “These school holidays have been insanely busy and you have handled things so effortlessly. So thank you.’
But there was one thing sweet little Grace didn’t want anyone to forget, she promptly leaned over to interject and say into the mic, “And koalas.”

“And koalas are great too,” Bindi said to loud laughter.
“And that’s about it, I think. Grace has about covered it. So, we love you, and have a nice afternoon.’
Grace has clearly inherited the Irwin family’s love of wildlife, as she is often seen walking through the zoo or along the beach with her mother.
Last month, the toddler was heard saying she was “like a turtle” while walking across shallow water on the beach with the help of Grandma Terri and Uncle Robert.
