Tom Brady celebrates his 46th birthday today and has received a number of well wishes from all over the sporting world.

The legendary NFL quarterback — who retired from football in February — had Inter Miami co-owner David Beckham leading the charge with the reports.

Beckham shared a photo of the couple at a game in Miami and wrote, “Happy Birthday man, have a great day” with a purple heart next to his caption.

Brady replied saying ‘Thanks David Beckham and go to Inter Miami’ with three love hearts.

Brady was one of several star faces to take part in a “Welcome to Miami” video for Lionel Messi that Beckham helped organize.

The NFL quickly took to Twitter to wish the best quarterback in history many happy returns.

“Happy 46th birthday to the greatest of all time, Tom Brady,” it captioned a gorgeous photo of Brady wearing all seven of his Super Bowl rings.

Both of Brady’s teams also competed.

The New England Patriots, where Brady won six of his Super Bowl titles, shared a photo of Brady in his Patriots colors and dubbed him the GOAT.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers, meanwhile, shared a video of coach Stan Bowles jokingly standing up and sticking his head in front of a camera and yelling, “Happy Birthday Tom! Love you!’.

It comes on the day when Brady was surprisingly announced as a minority investor in second-tier English football club Birmingham City.

“So here’s the deal, I’m officially on board with Birmingham City Football Club,” Brady said in a video posted to social media.

‘And you may be asking what do you know about English football, Tom? Let’s just say I still have a lot to learn.

“But I do know a thing or two about winning, and I think they translate quite well.”
