Former Sunrise presenter Melissa Doyle has returned to Sydney after watching her son win incredible gold at the World Rowing Championships in Bulgaria.
The TV favorite was photographed on Tuesday landing at Sydney International Airport with her ecstatic athlete son Nick Dunlop, 21.
He represented the Australian rowing team as a coxswain at the Under-23 World Rowing Championships in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
Melissa beamed with pride as she returned home with her son after his gold medal.
The mother, 53, had a big smile on her face as she strolled through the airport with a large black suitcase and hand luggage.

She looked chic but comfortable in black pants and a black T-shirt.
The TV presenter showed off a few fashionable accessories, including a Marc Jacobs camera bag, and it appeared she was doing luxury shopping in Europe with a French brand Longchamp bag.
She kept her shoulder-length blonde hair loose and straight as she opted for a minimal makeup look for the long-haul flight.

Nick also kept it comfortable for the long flight from Bulgaria to Sydney.
He put on black sweatpants, a black T-shirt and a black cap as he rolled two suitcases along.
Last week, Melissa shared on Instagram the exciting news that her son and his team won gold in the coveted competition.
She shared a video reel and wrote, “I really tried my best not to be an embarrassing mom, but I couldn’t. Roaring like a baby. Gold! World Champions! Back to back gold!’
Nick clutched the gold medal around his neck and grinned broadly as he posed in his green and gold uniform.
Later in the reel, he was seen at the front of his team’s boat during the race, directing and coordinating his crew, before they all posed for a group photo.
Melissa’s television friends flocked to the comments section to congratulate her son on his big win.
“So great Mel. Massive congratulations Nick for all your hard work,” Sunrise co-host Natalie Barr wrote.
