Inspector Martin Baker of GMP’s Stockport division said: ‘I understand that the local community is rightly concerned about seeing this behaviour, but I want to assure you that we are pursuing a number of lines of inquiry and are working closely with local authorities and the property to monitor future events. to prevent.

“This type of behavior is not welcome in our community and we are committed to working with our partners to address anti-social behavior and violent disorder.

“This investigation is ongoing and I would encourage anyone with information to come forward.

“We especially want to speak to people who may have attended the event and witnessed the disorder. However small the information may seem, it may be vital to our investigation.
