LA truck driver with two PENS reveals the highs and lows of life with one in 5 million condition: ‘The sex was great and women were addicted – but I had one chopped off to feel normal’

A Los Angeles truck driver has revealed his unusual condition that has given him two penises.

Tank, as he calls himself, was born with diphallia, an extremely rare genetic abnormality that left him with two functional penises.

For many women, the extra appendage was an added benefit that many didn’t believe was true until he “brought them to the room (and) they’d see.”

Diphallia is extremely rare, with some estimates of the incidence being one in 30 million. Not all cases are the same. In some cases, both organs may be fully formed, such as the one in the diagram above, while in others, one or both may be smaller or have abnormal anatomy

But the extra penis ended up being more effort than it was worth, as sex with one on one proved to be difficult and not always optimal for his dates.

Tank, who said he comes from a family in which unusual pubic areas are quite common, eventually decided to have one of his penises surgically removed.

Diphallia, a condition in which the penis is divided into two parts, is extremely uncommon, with some estimates putting the incidence at one in five million births, while another puts it at a minuscule one in 30 million.

Tank described his unusual condition in a video interview on the Soft White Underbelly YouTube channel.

In it, he explained that he was sent to a juvenile detention center at the age of 12 after being convicted of manslaughter.

When he was released at age 24, having never had sex, Tank decided to make the most of his extra penis.

He told the interviewer, “Women didn’t believe it when I told them I had two d****s, but then I took them to the room they’d see.”

He added that he would ejaculate from both penises even if he only used one.

The excess member ‘on the side’ would feel ‘like it’s going to explode’.

But it wasn’t always the case that one was in use and the other was not.

Tank said some of his lovers really enjoyed the feeling of being penetrated with both at the same time, to which he was said to become “hooked.”

He said, “She wanted to be a porn star and she wanted us to do a video together,” adding, “I probably would have made a lot of money.”

And while a select few benefited from his condition, for many it was problematic and even painful, prompting him to make the difficult decision to have surgery to remove one of the penises.

He further revealed that he is not the first case of diphallia in his family.

His uncle was born with the same defect while he said his father was born with very large testicles “like a bull.”

Tank’s condition is rare, but he’s not the first to speak publicly about it. About nine years ago, a man called DoubleD***Dude on Reddit described what it was like to live with his condition. He told a user that his prostate gets inflamed if he doesn’t ejaculate regularly.

He said, “I’m probably the only guy with a legitimate reason to orgasm at least once a day or two…otherwise it feels bloated and painful.”
