Libbie Mugrabi has revealed her new romance with Von Dutch co-founder Bobby Vaughn in a loved-up photo of them wearing matching diamond-encrusted sunglasses.
The multimillionaire fashion designer, 43, debuted her hot new beau after her $100 million messy divorce from art magnate ex-husband David Mugrabi in 2020.
Mugrabi and Vaughn posed in his and hers $900 Louis Vuitton sunglasses and shared a sweet photo of him feeding her at a restaurant.
“We are the new power couple, we are going to be bigger than Posh and Becks,” Libbie told DailyMail.com exclusively.
David and Libbie divorced three years ago — and the ordeal included a feud over a $72 million mansion in Manhattan, his family’s art collection estimated to be worth $5 billion, and their Hamptons home.
Despite the tumultuous breakup, her ex-husband David posed in a Von Dutch shirt after news of Libbie’s new man – seemingly giving his blessing.

Last week, Libbie was accused of not paying her staff the minimum wage.
In the ongoing civil suit, the plaintiffs allege that Mugrabi failed to pay them minimum wage when they were employed by Libbie as domestic workers.
According to the Manhattan Supreme Court filing, Libbie, 43, owes $17,912 in damages, along with approximately $3,200 in interest and $19,912 in civil penalties.
Libbie told DailyMail.com, “They keep dropping this maid lawsuit at my houses.
“They’re really going for it,” she said, referring to a previous case where housekeeper Janneth Gonzalez Duarte sued Libbie, accusing her of “violently assaulting” her at Libbie’s Hamptons mansion in July 2022.

Duarte told the court that Libbie broke her cell phone and threatened her with a knife and the handle of a mop.
Earlier this year, Libbie appeared in Manhattan Family Court wearing a $25,000 body armor to get a retraining order against ex-husband David Mugrabi, who Libbie claims hired a Russian hit man to kill her.
Libbie is now trying to focus on her new romance with LA native Bobby.
The pair met after Libbie took him to her Hamptons residence to advise her on her fashion brand, L’Scher.

Over the course of the month, the couple developed feelings for each other and now they have become not only business partners, but also in love.
Since meeting Bobby, a friend told the DailyMail.com, Libbie has completely mellowed: “She’s so happy with Bobby, he’s a great guy, he’s given her a boost.”
Bobby appeared on the Hulu show ‘The Curse of Von Dutch,’ the show delved into the demise of the popular brand.
On the Hulu show currently streaming, Bobby admitted to shooting and killing his friend and business partner, 29-year-old Mark Rivas, at Bobby’s Venice Beach home in 2005 in a dispute over a girl.
Bobby armed himself with a gun and shot his friends, a father of a child, several times in response to Mark attacking with a broken beer bottle.

Vaughn was charged with first-degree murder, but was acquitted after a jury ruled that the friend’s death was justifiable homicide.
Now the new “It” couple is leaving the past behind as they forge a new life together. They met after Libbie slipped into Bobby’s direct messages to invite him for advice on her fashion line L’Scher.
The couple’s romance developed a few weeks after they started working together and has been inseparable ever since.
Friends say they haven’t seen Libbie this happy since her divorce from David.
