In May, Millie revealed she had a breast augmentation three months ago after being accused of a “secret boob job” by vicious trolls.
The star first opened up about why she decided to have the procedure, saying she was “thrilled” with the results.
She insisted she had “no intention” of hiding the fact that she was undergoing breast augmentation when she spoke about the surgery in an open letter in Grazia magazine.
Breast augmentation, also known as a boob job, involves placing implants in the breasts to make them bigger or change their shape.
Millie said she was accused of “secretly” undergoing the procedure by “cruel” trolls, who claimed to have “out” her with their harsh comments.
She said, “I had no illusions that it would go unnoticed, and I had no intention of hiding the choice I had made, with the full support of my family and after much research.”
Being in the public eye is a double-edged sword! Whichever approach I take – honest or secretive (and coming out, of course) – someone will always have something to say,” she continued.

She captioned the Instagram post: ‘Sun kissed and salty’
“Personally, I find it more harmful to have adjustments/procedures and then lie and pretend that the results are achievable naturally.”
Millie said she felt it was important to address the speculation about whether she had undergone an improvement, rather than “hiding” from it.
She gushed that she’s thrilled with the results, saying she didn’t want to hide how happy she is with her “extremely well-informed” decision.
Speaking about why she wanted the improvement, Millie said it helped her reconnect with herself from before she breastfed her children.
She said she had been self-conscious about her breasts for a long time and always vowed to get a breast augmentation before deciding it was the right time to do so after having her two children.
Millie said she had the boob job to boost her confidence and said she feels like herself again after undergoing the procedure in February.

The reality star also shared how she has received some “cruel” comments from social media trolls since the procedure and admitted that the messages had hurt her feelings.
She also berated people for claiming she was not a “feminist” for her decision to have cosmetic surgery, arguing that it should be about freedom of choice.
In the UK, breast implants are not usually available on the NHS, apart from some special circumstances, for example if someone has very uneven breasts.
Breast augmentation surgery usually costs around £3,500 to £8,000, according to the NHS, not including the cost of any consultations or aftercare.
