Inside the $75 MILLION Malibu TRIANGLE home built by broadcast billionaire David Saperstein — complete with a private beach, 12 bedrooms, and movie theater (plus it has a $40 MILLION price cut)
This is truly a piece of prime real estate.
The famed 12-bedroom, 14-bathroom “triangle home” in Malibu, California, has hit the market for $75 million and in a new video, YouTuber Enes Yilmazer gives viewers a comprehensive tour.
Broadcast billionaire David Saperstein — who made his fortune developing the idea of using helicopters to provide current traffic reports — built this 10,600-square-foot compound overlooking Paradise Cove in the late 1990s.
He put it up for sale in 2020 for $115 million, but it has since been relisted at a significant discount.
Enes explains it’s nicknamed the triangle house because “if you look at this house from a bird’s eye view, you’ll realize it’s shaped like a V and the tip of the V is where we have the infinity pool.” So it really is a unique architecture.’

Enes says: ‘[This is] one of the fanciest movie theaters we’ve seen on our channel… it’s so elegant’
The home’s private beach, which is just off the main beach, features two spacious cabanas and floodlights, allowing guests to enjoy the oceanfront space well into the evening
In his walkthrough, the social media star begins in the double-height lobby, with a huge crystal chandelier that extends all the way to the lower level.
He then moves on to the formal living room, which offers floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors to make the most of the ocean views.
Other nooks he shows off in the open space include a slick bar and dining area that seats 12 with a glittering crystal chandelier serving as the centerpiece.
Off the dining room, there is a small service hallway that leads to a professional chef’s kitchen complete with stainless steel cabinets and countertops.
There are also several unique features in the form of a built-in ice maker and rotisserie oven for cooking chickens – and there’s even a chef’s table.
Mikey, the cinematographer, says of the state-of-the-art cooking space, “This is incredible.
“Whoever designed this kitchen had entertainment in mind. I feel that you can serve a lot of people here and there is a lot of diversity in what you can cook because of all the appliances they have.’

Enes muses: ‘[This is] one of the fanciest movie theaters we’ve seen on our channel… it’s so elegant.”
Also located on the lower level are two guest suites with full baths.
Before touring the second level of the home, Enes whizzes past the pool and outdoor kitchen in a golf cart to the private beach.
Located just off the main beach, the sandy beach features two spacious cabanas and floodlights, so guests can enjoy the oceanfront space well into the evening.
Back in the house, Enes takes a quick look at the guest rooms on the top floor before moving on to the pièce de résistance: the master bedroom.

He says of the expansive space, “This bedroom feels like we’re on the bow of a ship or a yacht where you have nothing but the ocean in front of you.
‘Of course the views are fantastic and I can only imagine what it’s like to wake up in the morning and start your day in this bedroom. Just being able to walk out, enjoy the ocean and just see your amazing home.”
Off the bedroom, there’s a wraparound balcony, a bathroom with a freestanding copper tub, and a large walk-in closet, which Enes says is one of the largest he’s ever seen.
In addition to offering top-notch interior design and excellent positioning, Enes says the property’s landscaped grounds — which span 2.57 acres — are another selling point.
He explains, ‘The landscaping of this property is absolutely incredible, we have walking trails, water features all over and next to the driveway we have a children’s play area.
“If I lived here, I’d be walking around all the time. You have different walkways that take you to different parts of the house.’
Other outdoor space features include a motor field, tennis court, eight-car underground garage, gym, laundry room, and another separate guest house that Enes says would be “perfect for your staff.”
The three-story home, which is located at 27930 Pacific Coast Highway, is currently listed with Chris Cortazzo of Compass.
The listing reads: ‘This is a truly unique opportunity to acquire a beach complex of rare quality, enchanting beauty, architectural integrity, luxurious and resort-like living and entertainment, in the ultra-prestigious and exclusive Paradise Cove.’
