Gemma Atkinson has revealed her daughter Mia’s hilariously savage comment following the arrival of her newborn sibling.
The Hollyoaks favourite, 38, and her fiancé Gorka Marquez welcomed a baby boy last week and said their family was ‘now complete’.
Despite the joyful news, it seems that little Mia, four, was not impressed with her mother’s post-pregnancy figure.
Gemma shared an update on Instagram earlier this week, explaining what her daughter had to say about this as she laughed off the cheeky joke.
In a post to her story, she wrote, “Mia just sat me down, looked me in the eye with that deeply thoughtful look, and said, ‘Mommy, why does your belly still look like it has a baby in it, even though my brother’s gone?'”

She wrote in the post, “Little man is here! He arrived safe and sound and he is absolutely amazing. Mia is already the mother hen we expected her to be’.
“We’re all home together enjoying this lovely little bubble before Gorks has to leave for Strictly rehearsals next week.”

The couple are also proud parents to daughter Mia, who they welcomed in 2019 – two years after they met and fell in love on Strictly Come Dancing.
The actress revealed she was pregnant for the second time in January when she shared a series of gorgeous black and white photos showing off her blossoming baby bump.
She was joined in the blink of an eye by Gorka, 32, who put on a huge smile, while another picture saw her daughter Mia lying lovingly on her stomach.

In a caption, Gemma said their daughter Mia was “thrilled” at the news and joked that their son will be named “Barbie” if it’s up to their daughter.
She wrote, “Impossible to hide my belly any longer. I’m officially ‘popped’. Our son will be joining our family later this year.
“We feel so incredibly blessed and grateful to be on this journey again. Mia is delighted!
“Although we may have to negotiate some names, because so far she’s firmly convinced he’s going to be called Barbie.”
Gemma and professional dancer Gorka got engaged in February 2021, four years after meeting on Strictly.
