FCA investigates ‘market abuse’ at Revolution Beauty

Revolution Beauty is under investigation by the city’s watchdog over possible market abuse violations going back two years.

The makeup brand said it is fully cooperating with the Financial Conduct Authority, which looks at a period from July 2021 to September 2022.

It is his latest setback after his shares were suspended for nine months.

Founded in 2014, Revolution ran into trouble after accountant BDO refused to sign off the accounts for the year to February 28, 2022.

It brought in new bosses and the bills were filed two months ago, with the suspension lifted on June 28.
