Hunter Biden – the ‘ultimate white privilege guy’ – could face ‘between six and 10’ criminal referrals says top Republican following the release of bombshell FBI form: The Biden family easily accepted over $25M total in foreign payments, says James Comer

Hunter Biden is the “ultimate white privilege man” and could potentially face up to 10 criminal referrals, promises the top Republican investigating President Biden and his son’s business dealings that he believes amount to well over $25 million in foreign payments.

“You know, at the end of the day, when we wrap up this report, Hunter Biden will have between six and 10 criminal references,” House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky, said on Fox Business — referring to his ongoing investigation.

Comer discussed the hearing he presided over Wednesday with testimony from two IRS whistleblowers who alleged that Hunter received “special treatment” during the Justice Department’s criminal investigation. The chairman praised Greene for presenting hard “evidence” during the six-hour panel, despite claims by Democrats that Republicans have no concrete evidence that Hunter broke any laws.

“She showed them evidence that the president’s son committed a crime and broke the Mann Law. She showed the plane tickets, she showed the photos, she showed the evidence,” Comer said.

“He violated the Foreign Agent Registration Act, he engaged in money laundering, he engaged in extortion, he committed fraud, he violated the Mann Act. The list goes on and on, but still he gets a slap on the wrist, and the Democrats want to talk about ‘[how] the bipartisan justice system is racist in America.” Hunter Biden is the ultimate white privilege man here,” he added.

Comer also said the Biden family’s overseas deals are likely to be “more than $25 million”

Comer also said the Biden family’s overseas deals easily “exceed $25 million” according to banking records he reviewed and expected to make public soon.

“They can’t say one thing they did to get this $25 million. And none of these are legit companies they got money from. They are all from our adversaries around the world, foreigners.’

His comments came after the release of an internal FBI document — obtained by DailyMail.com — containing shocking claims that Joe Biden and Hunter forced a Ukrainian oil executive to pay them $10 million in exchange for the then vice president’s influence in firing a senior prosecutor.

According to the conversation between a confidential source and Burisma CFO Vadim Pojarski in 2015, Hunter Biden was hired on the company’s board of directors to “Protect us, through his father, from all kinds of trouble.”

Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky told the source, “It costs 5 (million) to pay one Biden, and 5 (million) to another Biden.”

Zlochevsky added that while Hunter was “stupid” and his (Zlochevsky’s) dog was smarter, he was needed on the board “so that everything works out.”

According to the blockbuster FD-1023 form – part of which has been redacted – between 2015 and 2016 the Confidential Human Source (CHS) met with the senior Burisma executives.

Burisma wanted to spend up to $30 million on a US-based oil and gas company. At the time, however, it was also the subject of a criminal investigation by Ukrainian Attorney General Viktor Shokin, which the company knew would have “a substantial negative impact on Burisma’s future IPO in the United States.”

When asked about the investigation, the form states Zlochevsky replied, “Don’t worry, Hunter is handling all these issues through his father.”

Later, then-Vice President Joe Biden made a public statement that Shokin was “corrupt and that he should be fired/removed from office.”

The destructive form also reveals:

  • ZIochevsky “didn’t want to pay the Bidens and says he was ‘forced to pay them.’
  • Asked if Hunter or Joe told him to keep Hunter on the board, Zlochevsky replied, “They both did.”
  • The source asked why Burisma didn’t just “pay a lawyer $50,000” to challenge Shokin’s investigation in Ukraine, to which Zlochevsky replied that “he/Burisma would probably lose the trial because he couldn’t prove Burisma was innocent.”
  • When asked how he would do it ‘to explain suspicious wire transfers,” he replied that he had “not sent any money directly to the ‘Big Guy’ (who CHS understood was a reference to Joe Biden).”
  • He added that it “would take 10 years to find the data (i.e. unauthorized payments to Joe Biden).”
  • In a follow-up interview, Zlochevsky boasted that Shokin had been fired, that Burisma was no longer under investigation, and that “no one would find out about his financial dealings with the Bidens.”
  • He added that, to back up his claims, “he has a lot of texts and a total of 17 ‘recordings’ showing he was coerced into making the payments.”

DailyMail.com previously reported that the 17 audio recordings of phone calls — two of Joe Biden and 15 of Hunter Biden — were kept as an “insurance policy.”

The FBI FD-1023 form was created on June 30, 2020 from information provided by a highly paid informant and brought to the attention of Republicans by a whistleblower.

Senator Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, obtained and published the document after months of back-and-forth between the top Republican and the FBI over “legally protected disclosures” by Justice Department (DOJ) whistleblowers.

The document contains limited redactions to protect the confidential human source, handling agents, names of DOJ whistleblowers and references to connect ongoing investigations, a Senate aide said.

1689877237 293 RELEASED FBI document detailing alleged 10M Biden bribery scheme publicized

“For much of a year I have been urging the Justice Department and FBI to provide details of their handling of highly significant allegations made by a trusted FBI informant implicating then-Vice President Biden in a criminal bribery scheme,” Grassley said in a statement.

“While the FBI tried to cover up and redact the document, the American people can now read this document for themselves, without the filter of politicians or bureaucrats, thanks to brave and heroic whistleblowers.”

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., added that the FBI’s memo “closes with the evidence uncovered by the Oversight Committee’s investigation into the influence of the Biden family.”

In the FBI file, the director of Burisma claims that he did not pay the “big man” directly, but that he used several bank accounts to hide the money. That is very similar to how the Bidens do business: using multiple bank accounts to hide the source and total amount of the money.”

The Republicans expressed their continued commitment to expose the truth about Biden’s family business.

White House Oversight and Investigation spokesman Ian Sams fired back after the release of the FD-1023, accusing Republicans of going after “debunked” claims.

“It is clear that Republicans in Congress are determined to play shameless, dishonest politics and refuse to let the truth get in the way,” he said in a statement.

The FBI said in a statement to DailyMail.com that through the agency’s “engagement” with Congress, they have been working to protect the security of their confidential sources, which Republicans have violated by making the document public.

“Today’s release of the 1023 – at the very least – unnecessarily compromises the security of a confidential source,” an FBI spokesperson said.
