Channel Ten’s Hunted was back on Monday night.
And the reality series got off to a shaky start after a contestant made an embarrassing mistake during the episode.
The cast competes for $100,000 by evading capture for 21 days while being hunted by what is described as “an elite team of investigators with military, police and cybersecurity backgrounds.”
However, one of the researchers seemed a little less than elite when they didn’t understand what “malware” was.
Malware is described as “malicious computer software” that can be used for a variety of devious purposes.

“The girl who took it personally should get in the corner with the girl who doesn’t know what malware is,” said another.
“Who is that lady at Hunted HQ who just asked what malware is. Is she the cleaning lady or something?
“How are you in a team at headquarters and you don’t know what malware is?” someone else added.
‘Well, it seems odd that someone who works with/for HQ doesn’t know what it is’ another agreed.
