Just one day after a judge awarded her $129,755 a month in child support from her estranged husband Kevin Costner, Christine Baumgartner was spotted.
The 49-year-old model and handbag designer was spotted leaving Santa Barbara Family Court on Wednesday afternoon.
Baumgartner shares three children with Costner – Cayden Wyatt, 15, Hayes Logan, 14, and Grace Avery, 13.
The couple tied the knot in September 2004 after four years of dating, although Baumgartner filed for divorce in May after 18 years of marriage.
While the child support is half what she was asking for ($248,000 a month), it was also more than double the amount Costner, 68, was seeking, $52,000 a month.

She was spotted wearing a black and white tank top under a black double-zip sweater as she left the courthouse.
The designer carried the keys to her Land Rover along with her phone and wallet, while rocking a black Valentino belt with a gold buckle.
She accessorized with sunglasses and a gold chain necklace along with tiny gold hoop earrings.
Baumgartner completed her look with black pants and black pumps for her afternoon outing.
This comes just hours after an exclusive DailyMail.com report alleges that Costner wants to “humiliate” her in the divorce proceedings.
“This isn’t about the house, it’s about making Christine’s life hell because she actually got through the divorce,” the source claimed.
A close friend of Baumgartner’s reveals she has until the end of this month to vacate the $145 million mansion she shared with Costner.
“Christine said she wouldn’t be surprised if Kevin let the police take her off the property,” says the friend.

“It was Christine who wanted this transition to be as peaceful as possible for the sake of the children,” the friend added.
Kevin has done the opposite. He’s not thinking about the kids, about how traumatizing this is,” the friend continued.
She previously said in court filings that she would vacate the estate on August 31, following the results of a court date originally set for July 12.
The couple’s prenuptial agreement states that Baumgartner has one month to vacate the premises if either partner files for divorce.
Although she appears to have missed the original deadline, the judge set a new deadline of July 31 for her move.
