A registered Georgia sex offender has been arrested after allegedly walking around a Walmart taking upskirt photos and touching the buttocks of two minors.
The victims were ages 11 and 16, and a family member said at least one was touched in the toy aisle.
Gary Moultrie, 33, was chased by police around the superstore in Suwanee, northeast Atlanta, after being recognized by staff.
The chase, on June 9, finally ended when Moultrie was arrested in the garden center section, reports Law & Crime.
Police bodycam footage shows officers encountering the store’s own security team for the first time as they work together to track down the pervert, who continued to sneak photos while wearing women’s skirts.
Moultrie, who lives in Decatur, has been on the Georgia sex offender registry since May 2020. He was charged with sexual battery for the latest alleged incident.

Police in Suwanee, Georgia, said surveillance video from the clothing department showed Moultrie approaching and touching two girls. The footage showed him putting his phone under a woman’s skirt WSB TV.
He is accused of touching the buttocks of an 11-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl.
The teen victim’s mother told police the alleged assault took place in the toy aisle.
“We told my daughter to report this,” the mother told WSB-TV. ‘We can not wait. We have to, because we have to stop this.”

After a minute-long chase, he was eventually apprehended in the garden center
The police threatened to use a taser on the alleged pervert if he did not cooperate with the police
Moultrie was recognized by staff at the store a day earlier, where he was reportedly seen again touching another young girl’s buttocks.
On that occasion, employees were unable to find him before he left the store.
But the moment the registered sex offender returned, employees knew who he was and immediately called the police.
Just as officers approached him, Moultrie tried to distract them by pretending his daughter was out in the parking lot and needed help.

“My daughter is there, and she needs some help right now,” Moultrie is heard yelling at the police as she points to parked cars.
His deception was not enough to fool the police, who continued to chase him around the garden center.
Officers shouted ‘Stop!’ before the chase ended. Moultrie was handcuffed and taken into custody.
He was charged with sexual battery. Moultrie was last convicted in 2016 of child molestation, statutory rape and seducing a child for indecent purposes in Dekalb County.
