Dennis Rodman’s girlfriend Yella Yella says she was AGAINST the NBA legend’s ‘crazy’ face tattoo

Dennis Rodman’s girlfriend, Yella Yella, has revealed that she wasn’t the mastermind behind his insane new face tattoo — and she even tried to warn him about the idea.

Five-time NBA champion Rodman made headlines earlier this week when he revealed his bold new move by inking a portrait of his partner on his right cheek.

But instead of getting into the idea, rapper Yella Yella claims she wasn’t in favor of it, telling TMZ, “I actually told him not to do it.” I’m like, “What are you doing!”‘

She added that while he was being inked, she called him “crazy” and a “wild boy.”

Rodman, meanwhile, has stood his ground amid the criticism and insists he is happy with the very bold decision.

“This is my last dance with a woman,” he said. ‘She is very sweet. And I thank her for loving me just the way I am – and that’s why I did it for her.’

The 62-year-old retired athlete – who recently responded to online critics – was inked this week by tattoo artist Van Johnson, star of the reality series Black Ink Crew Chicago, who shared video footage.

He captioned the clip: “So I’m not doing too much today, chilled out in my town house tattooed the face of a living legend of his wife on his face, that’s about it….” What are you all doing?’

Many fans responded to the comments to express their dismay at the sight, with one person writing, “You should have tried to talk him out of that my G.”

Someone else added, “Great tattoo; Well worried about Dennis.’

It comes after Rodman hit back at trolls who slammed him for wearing a skirt at a Pride event in Houston last month.

Known for his rule-breaking, gender-fluid style and for being an LGBTQ+ ally, Dennis wore a little green plaid skirt and a shirt with a graphic print of his face in rainbow colors.

Elsewhere on the black t-shirt was the phrase “Live and Love,” which he wore proudly as he greeted fans at the event.

The star – who once wore a wedding dress to marry herself in 1996 – happily posed for photos with admirers – but faced a deluge of vitriolic comments when he shared a post of the fling.

The post was captioned, “Love will always win, Happy Pride #gaypride #loveislove #pridemonth.”

Clapping back at the backlash, the star shared a post showing off his bold outfits over the years, writing, “Do your research guys #beenhim.”

In his autobiography I Should Be Dead By Now, Rodman shared stories about his personal life, including how sex became a “job” — that’s how often he slept with different women.

Nicknamed “The Worm,” Rodman explained, “At that point in my life, I was having sex with a lot of different women. So much that it sometimes became a job.’

However, meeting model Carmen Electra changed everything for a while. The pair had a whirlwind relationship and were even married for a short time before divorcing in 1999.

“It was different with Carmen. It was nice to be with someone who is waiting for the right time, the right place, the right moment,” Rodman wrote.

Revealing the details of a specific date, he dished up, “We went to eat sushi, we came home, we lay on the bed and we looked at each other and we talked, we talked, we talked.”

“She was there for four or five days, sleeping in my house, in my bed, and we never made love. It was something unreal,’ he marveled.

In an interview with Vice TV, he revealed the gruesome details of an injury he sustained while having sex on a boat.

“It was in Dallas. My girlfriend at the time and I did everything,” he said. “I ran and jumped on her and suddenly… Oh, blood everywhere. A white girl with blood all over. She screamed, “Oh my God, he’s dead, he’s dead! I killed him!”

“I said, ‘No honey, I just broke my penis.’
