Las Vegas family who called 911 to report ’10ft aliens’ now ‘plagued by trespassers’

A Las Vegas family who called 911 after seeing “10-foot aliens” in their backyard has since been inundated with offenders eager to see the supernatural creatures.

But the Nevada household is armed with guns — and they’ve threatened to shoot UFO sleuths who get too close, their lawyer has warned.

This comes after police installed high-tech surveillance cameras on their roofs in an effort to keep out intruders.

The family – who appear to be parents and two sons – contacted the Las Vegas Police Department (LVPD) on April 30 to report seeing “10 foot aliens” with “big eyes” as well as an object that came out of the sky fell.

Bodycam footage of an officer attending the call went viral, and the family said they had previously received threats from people who believe they staged an “elaborate hoax.”

However, in a new development, UFO sleuths who believe their story have begun bombing their backyards to try and spot the alien giants.

“They don’t have aliens in storage or anywhere, so don’t try to climb the walls or send a drone,” he told 8 News Now.

He also warned that intruders run the risk of approaching a gun-wielding household, adding: “There is a potential for injury if they enter because this family is armed.

“So it’s fair enough to do it because they can’t control who comes in, who’s a trespasser, who’s a thief, and who’s a robber.”

When asked if he thought the family could cheat, Heidari said, “I wasn’t hired for that.”

This comes after one of the family’s sons, Angel Gomez, 16, spoke about the mysterious encounter in a YouTube video posted last month that quickly went viral.

“I know some people won’t believe this,” he began, “but I just wanted to tell you what happened to me and my family.”

Gomez then described step by step the developments of the evening.

“I hear something fall from the sky. I turn around. All I see is a big light falling from the sky, and a moment later I feel a big impact and a bang,” he said.

“Be aware that two cops came into my house and one started driving around the neighborhood asking passing cars if they saw a light.”

The video shows more clips of their 911 call, and an officer joking that he doesn’t want a call back when they see the aliens again, appearing scared.

“If these ten-foot-tall creatures come back, don’t call us — sort it out yourself — I’m not into that,” says the officer.

Last month, the family said they felt “anxious and scared” and locked their property after receiving threats from people who believed they were engaging in deceit.

They have not publicly discussed the nature of the threats.

They contacted 911 on April 30 and said there were “10-foot aliens” in their backyard and they had seen an object fall from the sky.

A Vegas police officer also picked up a green object on the horizon around 11:50 p.m., which has since been identified as a meteor by the American Meteor Society.

“There’s an eight-foot-tall person next to it and another one inside us [sic] and it’s got big eyes and it’s looking at us — and it’s still there,” the family’s son told 911.

‘In my backyard. I swear to God this isn’t a joke, this is actually — we’re terrified,” the caller claimed.

‘They are very big. They are about 8 feet, 9 feet, 10 feet. They look like aliens to us. Big eyes. They have big eyes. For example, I can’t explain it. And big mouth. They are shiny eyes and they are not human. They are 100 percent not human,” he said.

The responding officers also expressed their trepidation at the strange occurrences.

“I’m so nervous right now,” you hear an officer say to his partner on the bodycam footage.

“I got butterflies, man – saw a shooting star and now these people are saying there are aliens in their backyard.”

The sighting, now explained as a meteor, was captured on bodycam footage from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department

Police searched the area and interviewed witnesses, but no new information was found

“I don’t believe in it, but what I saw now, I do believe in it,” a witness told police.

The Las Vegas Police Department (LVPD) even placed cameras in their backyards in case the aliens landed again.

But the police have since closed the case.

Robert Lunsford of the American Meteor Society told NewsNation that the green light on the police bodycam was “a meteor bigger than usual, probably the size of a basketball or a beach ball.”

He added that it was “travelling at tremendous speed and when it hits the atmosphere it starts to vaporize and that friction causes a very bright flash.”

“We’re confident it’s a meteor because of the duration of the event — almost everyone reported it lasted between two and five seconds.”

“That’s way too fast to be a returning satellite or a rocket, and the fact that it was seen over such a wide area is a damn good indication it was a fireball.”

Nearly two months after the family’s 911 call, another identified object was spotted in the sky over Las Vegas.

Two circular and interlocking beams of light were seen on the horizon, floating parallel in a clip filmed at 10:30 p.m. on June 22 and later posted to social media.

The unidentified white lights were in the sky for “20 minutes straight,” according to the filmer.
