Jamie Oliver ‘makes £6m profit after selling eight bedroom London town house as new owners look to refurbish property’
Jamie Oliver has reportedly made a massive £6 million profit after selling his home to the estate of a late porn baron.
Newly released files seen by The sun show the celebrity chef, 48, sold his London mansion – bought for £8.95 million in 2015 – for £15 million.
The eight-bedroom residence was purchased by FIJPTC, a trustee company set up for the estate of Paul Raymond, a strip club owner and porn publisher known as the “King of Soho” during his lifetime.
The new owners are reportedly keen to refurbish the property and convert the kitchen into an open-plan lounge and dining area.
Documents submitted to Camden City Council say: ‘The current kitchen has little natural light and is disconnected from the living space.

“The new owner wants to make a series of sensitive adjustments to the property to ensure it will meet their family’s long-term needs, while still respecting the four-story home’s unique historic character.”
The property was sold at the Land Registry in June 2022, according to ownership papers.
The huge payday Jamie earned means he and his wife Jools made a profit of £864,000 for every year they lived in the house.
Jamie and Jools are now said to be living full-time in their 12-bedroom home in Essex.
It comes after the couple renewed their wedding vows in April, 23 years after they tied the knot.
The pair, who have been together since the age of 18, share five children together, including Poppy Honey, 20, Daisy Boo, 19, Petal Blossom, 13, Buddy Bear, 11, and River Rocket, five.
