Immediately after the Astra rolled onto the roof, all nearby cars slammed on the brakes.

“Oh my god, I bet he regrets that,” you can hear the person filming say inside a video obtained by 7News.

The Astra driver then gets out of his car and approaches the sedan, whose owner also got out of his car.

As the sedan driver frantically runs off, other people get out of their cars to separate the two before the police arrive.

Police said they arrested a Morwell man after they arrived at the scene.

He was charged with reckless endangering serious injury, dangerous driving, careless driving, criminal damage, unlawful assault, assault with a weapon and possession of a controlled weapon.

No one was injured before or after the crash.

The 50-year-old man has since been released on bail and is expected to do so appear before the Dandenong Magistrate’s Court on November 3.
